  • Does Demmographics provide services otherthan whats listed?

    What costs are involved to get a website online?
    A domain name and hosting are needed to get a website online. Prices for each of these are listed in 'Services'. The cost of a website will depend on a number of factors, amount of content, pages, interactive content and graphic work involved.
    How can I register a domain name?
    To register a domain name, please check if the required domain is available using the 'Domain Name Search' area on the bottom of each page. If it is available, please contact us for registration. For TLD Australian domains (.au) an ABN is required, please provide this upon contacting us and for all domains please provide your details: full name, email address, phone number, address and post code.
    The domain name I would like to register is not available?
    If the domain you would like to register is not available, please try another name or domain extension.
    Can I change the domain name information/owner details?
    Yes you can. Simply send us an email with the information you would like changed.
    Can I transfer a domain?
    Yes, please provide us with your domain name and information of where to transfer it to.
    How long does a domain transfer take?
    Domains transfers usually take between 2 to 10 days.
    When will my domain expire?
    International domains expire every year and Australian domains expire every 2 years. You will be notified 60 days before the expiry date for renewal.
    How long does it take for a domain name to be active?
    Once registered a domain name takes approximately 48 hours to become active. If the domain is linked to our hosting account via DNS (Domain Name Servers), it usually takes anywhere between 2 and 24 hours.
    I've lost my hosting account details.
    If you have lost your hosting account details to access your cPanel, contact us to request them to be sent again.
    I can't purchase a hosting package?
    If you are unable to purchase a hosting package online via our site, please contact us with a request to setup an account.
    How can I request a service?
    To request a service please use the 'Quote Request' form or contact us. Please provide us with details on the service you are after and any information you feel will be helpful to better assist you.
