Electronic copies supplied by the client will be matched to the best of our ability. We cannot, however, guarantee a colour match of supplied work to final product. Because of the time commitment and quality Demmographics aims to achieve, we cannot place a specific time on final product delivery. Services such as, website design and graphic design, time frames are also placed in the hands of the clients providing all the data required as set out by Demmographics for each specific service.
- If you have a particular time frame for your product or service, please notify Demmographics, as we will endeavour to adhere to this. Any estimate of delivery date for your order is made from the information available to us at the time. Please note that circumstances beyond our control may change this date. Demmographics will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed because of insufficient information supplied to us. Whilst Demmographics hosts your website, Demmographics reserves the right to deny future alterations made by a different company on a Demmographics designed website or graphic. Any Future alterations made on any website or graphic designed by Demmographics Pty. Ltd. must be approved by Demmographics before applying to the changes to ensure that it does not compromise the image of Demmographics Pty. Ltd. Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Demmographics accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready. An additional artwork fee will apply if you want DemmoGraphics to correct any artwork after approval. Demmographics will endeavour to work with different file formats. We cannot be held responsible if file format received is corrupt or invalid. We will try our best to deal with all electronic files supplied to us at the time.
- It is a requirement of Demmographics that once quotation is approved, a 50% deposit is to be paid followed by a balance on completion. This deposit acts as a safety net for both the customer and the company. If hosting was requested, you will be billed in accordance to the hosting package payment included in the invoice. Demmographics will deliver physical products upon request. Print products F.I.S. Melbourne metropolitan area and outside P.O.A. Delivery is available during the working week and unavailable on public holidays.

We would also greatly appreciate it if you could please provide us with the latest possible date in which you are prepared to wait.
